How the 100-day guarantee works

If you or your pet aren't happy with a PLATINUM product for any reason, let us know within 100 days of your purchase and we'll refund you — even if the bag has been opened and tried, as long as at least 90% of the food is left, unaltered and with no signs of tampering.

To request a refund:
  1. Fill in our return request by contacting us through our contact form, with your order number.
  2. Send the product back to our warehouse. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
  3. Once we've received the package and confirmed it's in order, we'll refund you to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days from that inspection.
