Platinum Thailand Policies
Dear valued pet lovers,
At Platinum, our passion is to give your pet the very best. To keep things clear and transparent, we’ve detailed our policies below.
1. Legal Compliance
These policies comply with the Thai Consumer Protection Act and local e-commerce regulations. In case of any contradiction, the rights of consumers in Thailand shall prevail.
In case of dispute, the Thai version of these policies shall prevail.
2. Data Protection (PDPA)
In accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), personal data such as bank details provided for refunds will only be used to process the refund and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Requests for order changes or cancellations will be assessed in accordance with Thai e-commerce regulations and remain subject to Platinum Thailand’s approval.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after successful shipment.
- Platinum reserves the right to cancel orders in specific cases.
4. Shipping Policy
- Free shipping in Thailand on all our products – no minimum purchase required.
- Orders are shipped the next working day (excluding weekends and Thai public holidays).
- Platinum Thailand shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, or governmental regulations. In such cases, customers will be kept informed and alternative solutions may be offered.
5. Refund Policy – 100 Days Money-Back Guarantee
We feel confident about our product. That is why we give you the opportunity to make use of our 100-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with one of our food products.
Conditions:
- Valid within 100 days from the invoice date.
- Applies to all food products from PLATINUM.
- Applies to unopened products.
- Applies to opened and used products in the original packaging with at least 50% of the original content.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund products with less than 50% remaining or products used up completely.
- Refunds are available only for purchases made through official and authorized sales channels.

How to claim via retailers:
- Claims must always be made through the respective retailer and accompanied by a valid receipt.
How to claim via official Platinum Thailand channels:
Send an email to: info@platinum-thailand.com with:
1. A picture of the invoice
2. A picture of the unopened product, or the opened product showing at least 50% remaining
3. Bank account details (the refund will be processed within 14 working days to the account holder with the same name as on the invoice)
Refunds apply only to payments made through official methods (bank transfer, card, PromptPay, etc.) and not to any unofficial cash payments to third parties.
